Background

Empower Solutions was founded by a young black woman with a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering who, after facing the harsh reality of unemployment, turned challenges into opportunity. Recognizing the lack of jobs in South Africa, she established Empower Solutions to fill critical industry needs while creating a platform to empower the youth.
